Cancellation policy explanation: We are a very small business, and our income is usually
spent early to prepare for the summer season. Global and national disasters influence
tourism much more than other businesses, and we do not want to go out of business because of
circumstances beyond our control. We hope for your understanding.
With that said, this is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy TLDR (unofficial) version: If the room was available and you cancel, you can reschedule within one year depending on availability. However, there are no other full or partial refunds. This policy applies after January of the year you arrive. Prior to January, you may request a full refund.
Cancellation policy:This payment is non-refundable, unless we are unable to make the room available to you on the date you reserve.
We guarantee that the room will be available to you on the night of your reservation,
unless you request to re-schedule, or otherwise inform us that you
will not be present on the date you reserved. However, we do not guarantee
that you will be able to come on the date you reserve. You are purchasing the availability ONLY.
If you are unable to come for any reason,* the room will still be available on the night you reserved, unless you request to
cancel or re-schedule. It is the availability, not your party's occupancy, which you are purchasing.
However, by contacting us prior to date whose availability you reserved,
you may reschedule your reservation for one year, if no one else has reserved the room's availability on
the date you want. If you do not contact us prior to the date you reserved, you cannot reschedule. This policy applies
after January 1st of the year you are scheduled to arrive. Prior to January, you may request a full refund.
If we are unable to make the room available on the original reservation date, we also offer a full refund.
This policy is subject to change without notice, but significant changes will be archived below, and the policy in place on the date you booked will apply.
*Reasons you might not be able to come include, but are not limited to: Choice, sickness, death, rescheduled
flights, war, terrorism, plagues and quarantines, political foolishness, government actions, floods, volcanic eruptions,
global warming and related disasters, famines, meteor strikes, manipulation by artificial intelligence,
alien invasion, and grey goo.
