We recommend two possible day trips. In one, you tour Monument Valley in your own vehicle. This will take you 2 or three hours, and then you can go on the Muley Point afternoon journey. Alternately, you can take the half-day guided tour of Mystery Valley (part of Monument Valley where you can only go with a guide), and then tour Monument Valley in the afternoon. Both trips are spectacular.
